Wear it for 30 nights. If your robe is not the coziest thing you own, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and a return label.
- Once the robe arrives back with us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
Items should be returned in clean, resalable condition with the controller included. Add-on products (shipping protection, warranty, mystery gift) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Damaged or faulty items
If your robe arrives damaged or the heating does not work, contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.
